We zoom out, get organized, clarify priorities, and decide what actually deserves your energy right now.

What is included:
- Two 30–40 minute coaching sessions, typically over a 2–3 week period
- Big-picture clarity and prioritization
- Clear focus areas and realistic next steps
- Light support between sessions through the private coaching platform
- Space to reflect, simplify, and get organized
- A clearer sense of direction moving forward
Foundations & Systems (6 Week Program)
This is for when you’re stuck in a start–stop cycle and want to build (or rebuild) systems, routines, and habits that last.
It’s structured, intentional, and focused on changing patterns and strengthening follow-through.
What is included:
- Weekly 30–40 minute coaching sessions – Focused, supportive conversations to reflect, reset, and move forward with intention.
- Clear action items after each session – Typically 3–4 realistic focus areas to work on before our next call.
- Structured support between session – Access to a private coaching platform to help you stay grounded and on track.
- Weekly check-ins and reminders – Designed to support awareness, consistency, and follow-through.
- Guidance around goals, routines, and habits – Support in creating structure that works with your life – not against it.
- Space to reflect, adjust, and recalibrate as life shifts – Because progress isn’t linear, and learning to adapt is part of the work.
- A closing reflection and next-step plan – Time to integrate what you’ve learned and decide how you’d like to move forward.
Ongoing Coaching (Maintenance)
Adaptable, supportive coaching for seasons when you need accountability and guidance – without a full reset structure. Ongoing Coaching is lighter, more flexible, and maintenance-oriented.
What is included:
- Two 30–40 minute coaching sessions per month – Focused, supportive conversations to reflect, reset, and move forward with intention
- Structured support between sessions through a private coaching platform
- Check-ins and reminders to support awareness and consistency
- Guidance around goals, routines, and follow-through
- Space to reflect, adjust, and recalibrate as life shifts
- Month-to-month format for flexibility
